We bought a home during this crazy housing market boom and, while we didn’t include a home inspection as a condition of purchase, we still wanted to get one done after our closing date to get peace of mind that there were no major issues with the home. Hendrik took his time and did an incredibly thorough inspection of the house. I followed him around the entire time and asked him a hundred questions, all of which he was able to answer perfectly. He is incredibly knowledgeable! He sent over a very well organized report of his findings and provided me with digital copies of the videos and photos that he took during the inspection. I couldn’t have asked for anything else, he did a wonderful job :)

We had a great experience working with Hendrick from A to Z Home Inspections. We were buying a house in a city hours away and couldn't make it for the inspection, but Hendrick made us feel comfortable that everything was being checked thoroughly. He provided us with tons of photos and videos so that, even though we weren't there, we understood every detail in the report. I'm very satisfied with Hendrik's excellent work, from start to finish! I booked the appointment via the company website, and the booking system is quite efficient as it can tell the available time slots right away, and the booking process is very straightforward. And then one day prior to the inspection date, Hendrik called me to confirm the schedule. During the phone call he gave me a detailed introduction about the workflow of inspection, as well as a nice self-introduction. I also received a confirmation email with every detail included. These gave me a clear idea about the inspection process, as well as a good impression that he takes his job seriously. During the inspection, Hendrik allowed me to follow him, he checked every corner of the house, showed me the problems he found and the suggestions for improvement, as well as some helpful advices about the house maintenance. The inspection was very thorough and Hendrik sent us a completed summary of the items he found right after the inspection, so that we were able to discuss with the seller about them right away, and then we received a detailed report and the high resolution photos in the next day. Overall, I find Hendrik is very friendly and professional, and the job was well done! And I will definitely recommend Hendrik's company to my friends :)

This is the second time I have asked Hendrik, from A to Z Home Inspections, to conduct a home inspection on a house I've bought. Just like the first time (almost 10 years ago), Hendrik has proven to be superior to any other "regular" home inspection I've seen. During his 3-4 hours, he very meticulously goes through the entire house (exterior, interior and every nook and cranny). After every step, he sits down with you and shows you every photo taken while writing his detailed notes. He explains exactly what issues he came across and how this can affect you as a home owner. It isn't all negative though, as he also mentions any "wow factors" that he saw and how this can benefit you. His professionalism is on point! His report includes photos and videos with captions and recommendations for future actions. Not only is the report detailed, well-organized and well-illustrated, but it is delivered in a timely fashion and written in a way that it is easy and clear for the reader to understand. The service provided by Hendrik will exceed any expectation you would ever have for a home inspection. Furthermore, the price is very competitive! Hendrick is very professional and very detailed. He performed the house inspection meticulously, provided us with a timely detailed report. He went above and beyond what inspectors usually do; used a thermal sensor to see cold spots in the roof and walls. He even used a moisture sensor! This is the 2nd time that Hendrix has been helping me with house inspection. This time he did a frame walk before they put up the drywall for a bungalow that I bought from Phoenix. We agreed for the 30 days inspection as well. Hendrix is qualified, savvy and conscientious about checking everything, and presenting the results clearly and professionally with photos and documentation that the builder cannot ignore.
